Leader of the Team, Marcella has worked in recruitment since 1984, initially for a multi-national agency, reaching the position of Area Director. Marcella moved after 10 years to an internationally recognised organisation before setting up in partnership in Middlesex. In 1996, OPR was established in Woking and soon became the area’s leading agency as we see it today.

George is a professionally trained chef and after having several successful years working in Michelin starred restaurants decided that he wanted a more business orientated career and made the break into recruitment. George has previously worked for leading recruitment agencies who specialise in the fields of Procurement and Supply Chain, Financial Services and Building Services. George is responsible for permanent recruitment, new business development and account management.

After completing her degree in Ancient History at Exeter University Alex had a successful career in freight forwarding. Looking for a career change, Alex joined OPR in 2011 and after 3 years as a dedicated Resourcer became the Office Manager. Alex is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of daily office life and managing all of the administrative and compliance activities.
